Maintain your external responsibilities, while committing time for yourself in order to expand awareness and recontextualize self-alignment. Through the introduction and repetition of specific wellness activities day-in and day-out, you help yourself to remove mental and emotional blocks, for a calmer and happier self. This week-long dedication includes clean eating, various body movement practices, pranayama, morning meditations, sound healing and more.
