– Plant-based diet that consist of over 15+ recipes 

– Morning meditation

– Yoga twice a day: 

   30min vinyasa & 60min restorative

   alignment-based yoga

– Breathwork

– Bowl ceremony

– Gong ceremony 

– Morning & evening journal sessions
