- Optional: Epsom Salt & Lavender Oil
1 day Schedule:
7:00am/9am: Pranayama with Elian Zach
Followed by a journaling session
4pm/6pm: Breathwork with Miriam Adler
Followed by a journaling session
8p/10pm: Breathwork with David Shemesh
Followed by a journaling session
Optional rituals:
- Take a bath with Epsom salt and/or Lavender oil for at least 15 minutes.
- Put two drops of lavender oil on your pillow (under your pillow case).
