What you need: 

  • Headphones 
  • Yoga Mat
  • Pillow
  • Notebook + Pen
  • Optional: Epsom Salt & Lavender Oil 

 

1 day Schedule: 

7:00am/9am: Pranayama with Elian Zach

Followed by a journaling session

 

4pm/6pm: Breathwork with Miriam Adler 

Followed by a journaling session

 

8p/10pm: Breathwork with David Shemesh 

Followed by a journaling session

 

Optional rituals: 

  • Take a bath with Epsom salt and/or Lavender oil for at least 15 minutes. 
  • Put two drops of lavender oil on your pillow (under your pillow case).
